To request a copy of a motor vehicle accident, please visit or send a stamped self-addressed envelope to:

Include in your request the report number, date of the accident, location of the accident and the driver's name. Please allow at least 2 weeks for processing.

Records hours of operation for walk-in requests:

8 am - 7 pm (Mon - Thurs)
8 am - 5 pm (Friday)
Closed Saturday and Sunday

Fingerprints Only:

5 pm - 7 pm (Mon - Thurs)
1 pm - 3 pm (Friday)
