Burglary 3 rd/Grand Larceny 4 th 49 Hartwood Dr CR#87866
Sometime between 6/18 and 6/25/09 an unknown suspect entered an open garage at the above location and stole a salt water fishing reel and rod. Deputy Messura reports.

Deputy Miller reports the 6/26/09 arrest of Daniel J. Delone M/W DOB 12/5/87 of 324 Beckwith Rd. Investigation revealed that Delone, while living at a neighbor’s house, stole numerous personal checks belonging to the victim, forged them and cashed them at various locations in Henrietta. Delone was arraigned at Henrietta Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $ 5,000.00 bail.
Grand Larceny 4 th 182 Peakview Drive CR#88975
Sometime between 2300 hrs on 6/26 and 0900 hrs on 6/27/09 a loaded Glock .357 cal. handgun, Toshiba Laptop Computer and a PDA were stolen from a parked 2009 Chevy Impala at the above mentioned location. The victim states the vehicle was locked however there were no signs of forced entry.
Petit Larceny 760 Miracle Mile Dr CR#87959
On 5/25/09 at 1215 hrs an unknown suspect stole eight Virgin Mobile Phones from the Radio Shack at Marketplace Mall. The phones were stolen off a rack at the front of the store while the employee was working at the rear of the store.
Grand Larceny 4 th 1200 Marketplace Dr CR#89725
On 6/28/09 in the evening hours two wallets were stolen from an employee locker at Walmart. Shortly after the theft two black females attempted to use credit cards from said wallets to make purchases at the Hylan Drive Wegmans. The suspects, one described as being 5’4” tall weighing 220lbs and the other being 5’7” tall weighing 130 lbs, were last seen leaving Wegmans in silver colored four door car. Deputy Hendel has the follow up.
Burglary 2 nd/Criminal Mischief 4 th 19 Friel Rd CR#90778
Sometime between 0600 hrs on 6/18 and 2230 hrs on 6/25/09 an unknown suspect attempted to force their way into victim Carol Pennington’s residence. The incident occurred while Carol was away on vacation. Damage was found on the door leading from the garage into the residence. Nothing was taken from the house or garage. Deputy Rahn has the follow up.

UUV 3 rd 147 Honeoye Falls 5 Points Rd CR#89179
Mark Rossel reports that sometime between 1430 hrs on 6/26 and 1730 hrs on 6/27/09 an unknown suspect stole his maroon colored 1993 Cadillac from his driveway. At the time of theft there was no license plate on the vehicle. Method of theft is unknown.
