G.L. 3 rd. 400 Jefferson Road CR#52308
City Mattress reports on 4/17, they discovered a delivery box truck missing from the parking lot. A review of video surveillance captured two male whites stealing the vehicle on 4/16 @ 2347hrs. The stolen vehicle is described as a 2003 Mitsubishi box truck color white bearing NY registration 17300JV / VIN: JW6CPK1503L001026 with City Mattress graphics. FU by Deputy Zimmerman.
G.L. 4 th.( ARREST) 148 Summer Sky Drive CR#52742
Deputies Smallwood, Prokop, Wildman, Skripnik, and Inv.Reger report the 4/17 arrest of Todd McDonald, DOB:12/13/65 on the above charge. During a domestic problem at the above residence, McDonald stole a credit card belonging to his wife for the purpose of purchasing cigarettes. McDonald was arrested, arraigned in RUSH COURT by Justice Kirch, and remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $4,000 cash bail/$8,000 secured bond.
Burglary 2 nd/G.L.4 th (arrest) 19 River View Heights CR#51551
Deputies Wicks and Remchuk report the 4/18/08 arrest of Justin M. Leno M/W DOB 12/23/86 of 3289 E. River Rd. On the 15 th Leno entered victim Jason Ruggle’s residence and stole a .30 cal. rifle from under the victim’s couch. Leno had been employed as a handyman by the victim but had no legal right to enter the victim’s house in the victim’s absence. Leno was arraigned at Henrietta Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $5000.00 bail.
Grand Larceny 3 rd (arrest) 770 Jefferson Rd CR#39019
Deputy Schutt, assisted by Deputy Clark, reports the arrest of Thomas P. Linzy II M/W DOB 4/21/72 of 5890 Sweet Rd. Dansville and Floyd L. Buchanan M/W DOB 7/4/74 of 8906 Groveland Station Rd. Dansville. A lengthy investigation revealed that the suspects, while employed by Hudson Tech. Solutions, over a 9 month period, stole over $ 3,000.00 from said company. The suspects used a company credit card to make approximately forty purchases of wire at stores like Home Depot and then sold the wire at metal scrap yards. Both suspects were arraigned at Henrietta Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail, Linzy on a no bail status and Buchanan on $ 1,500.00 bail.
UUV 3 rd 1897 Brighton Hen. Town Line CR#53597
Sometime between 1130 and 1400 hrs on 4/19/08 an unknown suspect stole a vehicle from the Meineke Muffler Shop. After personnel serviced the 2003 Nissan they parked the car in the rear lot with the keys in the ignition. It was later found in the area of Alfred Ave in Chili.
Grand Larceny 3 rd 105 Cook Dr. CR#54936
A representative of Holy Family Communication out of Williamsville, NY reports that a large AM radio component was stolen from the above mentioned location. The gray colored, Johnson make Phasor AM radio is valued at $ 8,000.00 and had been in the driveway for 105 Cook Dr “waiting to be sold”. It disappeared sometime between 3/17 and 4/3/08. The unit is large and would have taken at least two people to carry. Deputy Penders has the follow up.

Burglary 2 nd/Criminal Mischief 1018 Main St. Mumford CR#55674
Victim Pamela Wickson reports that sometime between 1630 hrs on 4/17 and 1700 hrs on 4/23/08 an unknown suspect entered her apartment and took items from cabinets, throwing them onto the floor. An empty Budweiser beer can was left under the dining room table. Point of entry appeared to be a window on the north side of the apartment that was found broken. Deputy Harrington reports.
