Unlawful Surveillance 2 nd (arrest) 3150 West Henrietta Rd CR#95006
Deputies Dalberth and Jeff Davis report the 6/25/10 arrest of Christopher Jolliff M/W DOB 2/11/74 of 7338 Cook Rd. Bergen NY. On the 25 th at about 1700 hrs the deputies were dispatched to Kohls for the report of a male who was taking photos under the skirts of females in the store. Jolliff was in the process of leaving the scene when deputies arrived but they were able to stop him on Brighton Henrietta Town Line Rd and conduct an investigation. Jolliff admitted to shoving his cell phone camera under the skirts of three woman shoppers and taking photos. He was directed by Judge Pericak to be released on an appearance ticket.
Burglary 3 rd/C.M.3 rd/P.L. 4900 W. Henrietta Rd CR#94652
On 6/25/10 at 0502 hrs Deputy Stauber was dispatched to the Hess Gas Station for a burglar alarm. He arrived to find the front glass door smashed out and 133 packs of Newport Cigarettes stolen. The investigation is continuing.
Burglary 3 rd/G.L. 3 rd 200 Myrtlewood Dr CR#94068
The field manager for Nathaniel General Construction reports that sometime between 1700 hrs on 6/23 and 0600 hrs on 6/24/10 an unknown suspect entered their construction office at the above mentioned location via pulling a screen off a window opening on the west side of the building. Stolen from the location was a; two pot coffee maker, Dell Laptop Computer, Toshiba Laptop Computer, two fax/copy machines and an airless paint sprayer. Deputy Stauber is following up.
Burglary 2 nd/P.L. 37 Sienna Drive CR#95863
Victim reports that on 6/27/10 at 1130 hours she watched as a suspect entered her open garage, opened the refrigerator in said garage and stole a 12 pack of Coors Light Beer. Victim yelled at the suspect who fled the scene on foot. He is described as a white male, 6’0” tall weighing about 200 lbs. A K-9 track proved negative.
Numerous Criminal Mischiefs Area of Citation Dr CR#95832 During the overnight hours 6/26 into 6/27/10 an unknown suspect slashed tires on numerous vehicles up and down Citation Dr. Deputy Valerioti is following up.
Grand Larceny 4 th (arrest) 25 Miracle Mile Dr CR#93131
Deputy Surowy reports the 6/22/10 arrest of Jennifer Lee Polosky F/W DOB 2/15/79 of 3010 Brockport Rd. Spencerport. Investigation revealed that Polosky did steal over
$1,500.00 in jewelry from the JC Penney Store by hiding it on her person and attempting to walk out of the store. She was processed and released on an appearance ticket.

Resisting Arrest (arrest) Authors Ave CR#93736
Deputies Fisher, Priolo and Remchuk report the 6/23/10 arrest of Kenneth Scott DOB 9/27/93. On the 23 rd Scott damaged items at his house to include pulling phone jacks off the wall and breaking door frames. When his mother attempted to talk to Scott about his issues he would light small items on fire and throw them about the house. Scott left the scene before the arrival of deputies but was found on foot in the area of Authors Ave. He was resistant to the deputy’s orders and placed his right hand in his pocket, refusing to show the deputy his hands. Scott struggled with deputies, resisting their arrest attempts. When finally taken into custody a large utility knife was found in his right pocket. He was arraigned at Henrietta Court and remanded to the jail in lieu of $ 250.00 bail.

Burglary 3 rd/Petit Larceny 363 Taylor Rd CR#95966
Victim Maxine D’Alesandro reports that sometime between 2000 and 2300 hrs on 6/26 an unknown suspect entered her open garage and stole 36 bottles of Budweiser Beer, a bottle of Gin and a bottle of tonic water.

Grand Larceny 3 rd (arrest) 23 Farmcrest Dr CR#94897
Deputy Brad Fisher reports the 6/25/10 arrest of Marc Ciccone M/W DOB 11/17/89 of 13 Penview Drive Penfield. Investigation revealed that over a four month period in 2010 Ciccone stole in excess of $ 5,000.00 in currency and property from Carol E. Mattioli. Ciccone dated the victim’s daughter and had access to the victim’s house during the crime spree. He was arraigned at Rush Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $ 5,000.00 bail.
