Arrests

1000 Linden Ave. CPCS 3 rd (Arrest) CR#45189
Deputies Neidert and Morency responded to the Marriot Court Yard for a suspicious condition. Upon arrival the Deputies were advised that two suspicious individuals, later identified as Lisa McBride, and Timothy Hilbrand,. were in RM 509 and there was a suspicious smoke coming from the room. The Deputies responded to the room and observed crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia around the room. Both suspects were taken into custody and remanded to MCJ on $10,000.

1209 Bay Rd. Grand Larceny 4 th CR#45171
Victim reports that on 4/2/08, between 2100 & 2140hrs, while working out at the YMCA, unknown suspect entered an unlocked locker and removed victim’s wallet from his slacks. The wallet contained credit cards, $10 cash and identification. Dep. Morency has follow-up.

1854 Empire Blvd. Burglary 3 rd / PL / CM 4 th CR#46309
Hess reports between 4/3 at 1500hrs and 4/4 at 2330hrs, the unknown suspect entered the storage shed by damaging the doors. Once inside the suspect removed 5 cases of pop.

153 Penbrooke Dr. CM 3 rd CR#44193
Victim reports between 3/31 and 4/1, the unknown suspect damaged the windshield, the windshield wipers and slashed the 4 tires on his 1994 Ford Taurus. Broadbent to follow up.

1270 Harris Rd. CM 1 st / CPW 1 st CR#49201
Deputies Prull and Macri responded to the above area for a “Bottle Bomb” that exploded in an unknown mailbox on Harris Rd., after Webster PD received a walk up of the incident. The Deputies determined that an unknown suspect blew up the mailbox at the above location, utilizing a “Bottle Bomb”. CIS to follow up.

21 Willow Pond Way Burglary 3 rd / GL 4 th CR#47292
Victim reports between 4/5 at 0645hrs and 4/7 at 0745hrs, the unknown suspect entered the building by unknown means and removed a Dell 1200 Lap Top, the power cord and carrying case. Inv. VanThof to follow up.

1841 Empire Blvd. Petit Larceny CR#47451
Delta Sonic reports on 4/7 at 1320hrs a M/B pumped $8.42 of gasoline into the white Ford Explorer and left with out paying. The vehicle left the gas station at a high rate of speed and was followed by Sgt. DeLella. The vehicle was last scene driving erratically and at a high rate of speed south on Creek St. at the intersection of Creek St. at Rt. 286. On 4/8 the same vehicle was reported being involved in a gas drive off at the Penfield Rd. Delta Sonic It was later scene in the area of Panorama Plaza by a passer by. The vehicle is described as a 90’s white Ford Explorer, with a black stripe on the side, and no plates. The two suspects are described as follows, S1 (driver) is a M/B, medium complexion round face wearing a brown car hart type jacket or sweatshirt, S2 is a M/B, no further.

1527 Empire Blvd. GL 4 th CR#47750
Victim reports on 4/8 at 0110hrs he heard a noise like his vehicle was started. When the victim looked out he observed his green 1994 Chevy Blazer, bearing Reg.#DKZ-3503 driving west bound on Empire Blvd. Victim states he has both keys to the vehicle. The vehicle was observed by Irondequoit PD on St. Paul Blvd. prior to the County BOLO being sent.

7339 Pittsford – Palmyra Rd. Burglary 2 nd / Petit Larceny CR#45017
Victim reports that on 3/26/08, between 1500 & 1800, unknown suspect entered her residence through a rear unlocked door and removed her purse from her bedroom. The purse contained cash and various personal papers. Victim came to Zone A to file report on 4/2/08. The report was delayed, as the victim felt she would find the purse at her home.

285 Loud Rd. Burglary 2 nd / CM 3 rd / PL CR#46183
The victim reports that between 4/2 and 4/4 the unknown suspect entered her home by defeating the overhead door and then forcing open the door from the garage into the home. Once inside the suspect removed a Sears 16 inch Scroll Saw, and a Panasonic keyboard. It appears the suspect also looked through dresser drawers in the bedroom. Dep. DeRuyter to follow up.

83 Callingham Rd. Burglary 2 nd / PL CR#46572
Victim reports on 4/5 between 1045hrs and 1445hrs, the unknown suspect entered her garage via an unlocked door and removed a Troy Built 5000 Watt generator. Dep. Bauer to follow up.

3195 Monroe Ave. GL 4 th CR#46166
Victim reports on 4/4 between 1621hrs and 1645hrs the unknown suspect removed her wallet from her purse, which was located in her shopping cart while shopping at Wegmans. A citizen returned the wallet which was located in the parking lot, minus $50.

15 Line St. Burglary 3 rd / PL CR#48115
Victim reports between 4/7 at 1900hrs and 4/8 at 1700hrs the unknown suspect removed her blue Gary Fisher Mountain bicycle from her detached garage which was open.
