Sometime between 6-19-09 and 6-22-09 an unknown suspect entered an unlocked shed and stole a Honda pressure washer and a 5 gallon gas can.

46 Hawkes Trail Criminal Mischief 4 th CR#87776
Sometime between 2100 hours on 6-24-09 and 0640 hours on 6-25-09 an unknown suspect slashed two tires on car while it was parked in the driveway.

59 Woody Lane Petit Larceny CR#88178
Sometime between 2000 hours on 6-24-09 and 1940 hours on 6-25-09 an unknown suspect stole a 24” dark blue Huffy 18 speed mountain bike from the front yard.

1558 Five Mile Line Rd. Burglary 2 nd G.L. 4 th Crim.Mis. 4 th CR#88212
Sometime between 6-10-09 and 6-25-09 an unknown suspect entered the home while the owners were out of town. The suspect entered by forcing open the front door then stole a 32” LCD TV and a Remington 870 shotgun.

1835 Nine Mile Pt. YMCA Grand Larceny 4 th CR#89088
Sometime between 1220 and 1320 hours on 6-27-09 an unknown suspect took the lock off a locker at the YMCA. The suspect then stole the victim’s wallet which contained cash and credit cards from a back pack.

333 Thayer Rd. Burglary 3 rd Crim. Mis. 3 rd CR#86686
Sometime between 6-18-09 and 6-23-09 unknown suspects entered the unoccupied house that is under construction. The suspects removed plywood that secures the house and caused damage to the interior of the house.

406 Jefferson Ave. Burglary 2 nd P.L. Crim. Mis. 4 th CR#88103
Sometime between 1920 and 1630 hours on 6-25-09 an unknown suspect entered the house by an unknown entry point and stole a book of checks. The suspect appears to have opened drawers through out the house but did not steal any other property.

44 S. Ridge Tr. Petit Larceny to Vehicle Arrest CR#88915
On 6-27-09 at 0330 hours Deputies Soike and Moore responded to the area of 75 Boxwood Lane to investigate a suspicious condition involving a possible vehicle larceny. During the investigation four male teenagers were observed walking on South Ridge Trail. The deputies conducted interviews and determined the males had been walking around the neighborhood jumping into swimming pools. Two of the males were identified as having stolen property from a car at 44 S. Ridge Trail. Dino Rendil age 19 and a 15 year old maleJuvenile, were arrested for Petit Larceny. The investigation into related crimes is continuing.

20 Manorshire Dr . Petit Larceny to Vehicle Arrest CR#89430
On 6-28-09 at 0354 hours Fairport Police Sgt. Barnes located three suspicious males in the area of Rte 250 and Winding Brook Dr. Sgt. Barnes advised Deputy Spry that the three males may have completed a car larceny in the area of the Wegmans on Route 31 Perinton. Deputy Spry interviewed Andrew Hosenfeld, age 18 residing at 38 Wood Cutter Cir. Rochester, and determined that he had stolen a Serious Satellite radio from a car at 20 Manorshire Dr. Hosenfeld was arrested for PetitLarceny. Hosenfeld was with Gammon Taylor- 19 Terrace Dr. Perinton and James Stossmeister – 23 Terrace Villas Perinton.

22 Boxwood Lane Petit Larceny to Vehicle Arrest CR#89764
Deputy Moore completed the 6-28-09 investigation of a car larceny at 22 Boxwood Lane with the arrest of Taylor Gammon, M/w, age 19, 19 Terrace Dr. Perinton. Gammon was found in possession of a stolen GPS unit and C.D’s that were stolen from the victim’s vehicle.

20-D9 Whitney Ridge Rd. Burglary 2 nd P.L. CR#88980
Miriam Jolidan reports that sometime between 6-8-09 and 6-21-09 an unknown suspect entered her apartment by an unknown means. The suspect stole cash and a collection of Canadian and French coins.

1 Willow Lane Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd Arrest CR#88477
On 6-26-09 Deputy Favata and Deputy Zimmerman assisted Karree and Amanda Beeman with the recovery of property that was stolen from the homes in the Village of Fairport. Deputies located a stolen Dell laptop computer valued $3250 and a Motorola cell phone valued at $350. The property was found in the possession of a 15 year old male juvenile. The investigation led to the discovery of a previously unreported residential burglary at 17 Filkins St. Fairport. MCSO is working with the Fairport Police on the burglary investigation. The juvenile suspect was arrested and taken to the shelter.

1 Ledgemont Dr . Criminal Mischief 4 th CR#89854
Between 1800 hours on 6-28-09 and 0700 hours on 6-29-09 unknown suspects damaged the mailboxes of multiple residents on Ledgemont Dr., Pebble Hill Rd. and Putnam Cir.

Pittsford

9 Fall Meadow Petit Larceny CR#87164
Ted Collins Tree and Landscape employees report that on 6-24-09 between 0815 and 0830 hours an unknown suspect stole an Echo PB-620 gas powered leaf blower. The theft occurred while employees were mowing a customer’s lawn and the blower was on the grass next to the trailer.

1 Holley Creek Criminal Mischief 3 rd P.L. CR#88905
On 6-27-09 between 0030 and 0126 an unknown suspect slashed twotires on his 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier, three tires on his Chevrolet Silverado and scratched the paint and cut the seats on a Chevrolet Blazer. C.D.’s were also stolen from the blazer. A neighbor’s vehicle was also set on fire at 3 White Briar.

3 White Briar Arson 3 rd CR#88884
On 6-27-09 between 0030 and 0126 hours an unknown suspect stuffed rags through the partially opened window of the Ford Ranger pick up that was parked in the driveway The suspect then lit the rags on fire which caused damage to the vehicle. The victim was not home at the time as he has been in the hospital for the past ten months. The residents of Holley Creek and White Briar had no information regarding a possible motive. At this time the rash of criminal mischiefs to vehicles appears to be random. Car tires have been slashed in Webster also.

Employees of the Town of Pittsford report, that sometime between 6-26-09 and 6-29-09 an unknown suspect broke the windows on an excavator that was parked at a construction site.

100 Block Knickerbocker Rd. Criminal Mischief 2 nd CR#90468
Employees of the Town of Pittsford report that sometime between 1530 hours on 6-29-09 and 0700 hours on 6-30-09 an unknown suspect damaged windows on construction vehicles parked at a work site.

84 Stuyvesant Rd. Burglary 2 nd Petit Larceny CR#90125
Sometime between 0900 hours on 6-28-09 and 0600 hours on 6-29-09 an unknown suspect entered his garage possibly through the open door. The suspect stole beer and wine from a refrigerator inside the garage.

79 Stuyvesant Rd. Burglary 2 nd P.L. CR#90895
On 6-30-09 at 2300 hours the home owner left his garage door open briefly and went into his house. At 2322 hours he went back outside and noticed the refrigerator in the garage was open and beer was missing.
