140 Hurlburt Road Grand Larceny 3 rd CR# 106589
Fairport School District reports that between 6/11 and 6/23/10, unknown suspect(s) stole two (2) IBM Thinkpad Laptops valued at $1600 each. The laptops were placed in shipments, five to a box. Several boxes were sent to the Northside School and were placed un-opened in the computer lab. On 6/23, they were moved to the cafeteria and unboxed, where two were found missing. It is unknown where the theft actually took place. Northside School is under remodel and workers have access to the building. Deputy Brandenburg has the follow up.

265 Macedon Center Rd. (Sunoco) Petit Larceny CR# 107943

Clerk reports that at approx 10:30p on 7/18, a m/b entered the store and asked for two cartons of cigarettes. When the clerk explained that the store sells only packs, the suspect asked for 30 packs of Newports. The clerk bagged the cigarettes, wherein the suspect asked for cigars. Suspect ran from the store with the cigarettes when the clerk turned around. Suspect entered pass side of a white 2 dr vehicle with no hubcaps, that was waiting. Total value $282.60. Note: Multiple jobs throughout the county fitting same mo this past weekend. Video Suspect: m/b, 5’10”, 145 lbs, wht shirt, gray hoodie, jean shorts.

3055 Monroe Ave. (Hess) Burglary 3 rd, CM 4 th, PL CR# 108017
Deputies responded for the burglary of Newport cigarettes at the above Hess. Although no alarm was received, video shows our same Hess burglar smash the front window at 3:08am with a red hammer. As always, he wears a mask and gloves and proceeds directly to the Newport cigarettes. After bagging the cigarettes in his black garbage bag, he departs in under a minute. Suspect took 40 packs in this case. He has previously been ID’d as m/w with a single tattoo on his left forearm, possible driving a minivan. Anyone stopped matching this description should be FIF’d. He also left a hammer and his blood sample behind in one of the most recent burgs. Inv. White working with MCAC to get this suspect identified. White will have this follow up as well.

Mahogany Run, Lot 239 Burglary 3 rd, GL 3 rd CR# 106383
Builder reports the burglary to another home under construction from this tract. Stolen on this occasion was a 14’ aluminum siding break, 3 rolls of felt roofing paper, and 35 sheets of plywood. The cable locking the. A GM key was located on the property. The key was a copy and had no identifying marks. S/A to 1 st platoon.

65 Round Trail Drive Arson, Assault, Criminal Mischief CR# 108481
Investigation shows that unknown suspect(s) left a Gatorade bottle filled with liquid chemicals on front porch of the victim’s home. The victim answered the door after the bell was rung. When she picked up the bottle, it exploded in her face causing a minor chemical burn. Victim was transported to Strong Hospital and later released. Deputy Bradley took the original report. Arson Inv.
